Short and NOT Sweet with Big Poppa!
I get home from an exhausting day, but I am excited because it is time to pack my suitcase... I'm going up to see Big Poppa this weekend.
"So are you excited about coming up tomorrow?" he asked. Are those butterflies in my tummy? Am I nervous because it has been a while?
As I start to fantasize about the weekend ahead... WHAT?!
Big Poppa turns from sweet to short, and hangs up on me. I gave him every opportunity to fix this "now" problem.
and then...
...this morning I get a text (yes thats right, A TEXT) - Forgive me for being difficult yesterday, I cant wait to see you.
For now, I'm buckeling up and getting ready for takeoff.
